Our service for Harvest will be held on Sunday 4th October at 5pm in St. Matthew’s, Otterborne.

Following the service, we will be hosting a Harvest Hoedown in the Village Hall. This will be a community occasion and open to everyone everyone Further details to follow soon.

Contemporary Evensong

Bereavement Cafe

From September, we will be hosting a weekly bereavement cafe at All Saints’, Hursley. The cafe is open to everyone who has lost someone. It does not matter when they lost them, who it was or how it has impacted them.

We meet every Thursday at 10.30 am after midweek communion at All Saints’, Hursley.

Everyone will be most welcome. Do come along to join us.

Benefice Toddlers

Forest Church – dates for your diary

We are introducing a new way to engage with faith and the environment. An all age service designed for worship in the wild.

Our services will usually be set for the second Sunday of the month at Hursley, starting at 4 pm.

Our first outdoor service will be held on 13th September and will be entitled ‘ The fading light: the Autumn equinox.

The schedule for the following months are:

11th October: Eyes in the dark; bat hunting

8th November: From the rising of the sun to it’s setting. This will be a sunset remembrance service held on Shawford Down.

Seated Yoga

Oasis Christian Centre, Romsey

Oasis Christian Centre is a charity-run business that has operated in Romsey since 1984. It sells a wide range of second-hand books, Bibles, cards, stationery, and much more.

This year, Oasis is holding its first ever Easter Egg Hunt. Drop in with your primary school aged children during the Easter school holidays, hunt for eggs, learn about the true Easter story and win a prize.

Also available at Oasis are The Real Easter eggs. These are Palm Oil free and the Original and Dark eggs are plastic free. Out of the 80 million Easter eggs sold in this part of the world every year, The Real Easter Egg is the only one which has an Easter story book in the box, is made of Fairtrade chocolate and supports charitable projects.
